We ensure that only the best-qualified individuals are retained through a selection process. For this reason, we have initiated Teachers Orientation and Training Program with the aim to guide new teachers on lesson planning, classroom management and discipline, with special emphasis on dealing with children that experience learning difficulties and disciplinary issues. This program will also familiarize teachers with hopes and expectations of the school, administration and parents of the students.
